LANDERS-STEIN, a full service insurance agency, was originally founded in 1959. In continuing with the reputation and traditions of that partnership, this new agency currently serves the brokerage community as a source of product, impaired risk underwriting and unparalleled service. CARMEN A. RODRIGUEZ, LUTCF - Partner Carmen brings years of experience in both personal sales and brokerage management to help find you the right product for either annuities, life or health, national or international. Carmen is past president of Miami Association of Women in Insurance & Financial Services, Dade Association of Health Underwriters Committee Chairman and a longstanding member of the Miami-Dade Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. ROBIN S. LANDERS, CLU - Partner Robin is a second generation insurance professional, starting in the business in 1974. She specializes in impaired risk underwriting, contacting carriers around the country to find the right fit for your clients’ needs. Robin is a Chartered Life Underwriter and has served as president of both the Miami Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (MALU) and the Society of Financial Services Professionals - Miami (CLU/ChFC). She currently sits on the national Executive Board of the NAILBA Foundation. ROBIN S. LANDERS
DIANE J. PREUSS – Office Manager Diane is the institutional memory of the agency, able to recall cases and agents back to the ‘80’s. She is the bookkeeper, as well as a licensed agent, who runs the office with great skill. DIANE J. PREUSS
CONSUELO APARCANA – Case Manager Consuelo has been at the agency for the past twenty years – she has worked miracles with cases and underwriters and understands the sales process from start to finish. Her kindness and patience keeps brokers coming back. CONSUELO APARCANA
CARLA SILVA – Case Manager Carla, with Landers-Stein since 2004, handles her caseload with ease and is always ready to help the rest of the staff with any challenge they may have. She can accomplish tasks in a fraction of the time it would take others, and is a great help in moving the office into the digital workspace. CARLA SILVA
JENNIFER LYNCH – Contracting/Marketing Jennifer started in 2011. When her family moved to Tennessee, she stayed on as a full-time employee, working remotely. Agents are able to walk in and see her at her desk through Skype. She works with our carriers to getting brokers appointed, and she helps pre-underwrite and quote for agents across the country.
